Curious about the Noodle & Pals™ Light-Up Cubes 6-Pack? Here's what's inside, how they work, and why they're a fun sensory bath toy for kids.
Quick Answer
The Noodle & Pals™ Light-Up Cubes 6-Pack includes six colorful cubes featuring Super Simple characters that glow when dropped in water, making them a versatile sensory bath toy.
Why These Cubes Stand Out
The Noodle & Pals™ Light-Up Cubes 6-Pack is a collaboration between Glo Pals and Super Simple, bringing familiar characters to bath time. The cubes are designed to glow instantly when they touch water, adding a visual element that can captivate toddlers and young children.
Because they work in any water setting, they're not just for baths—they can be used in sensory bins, pools, or even a simple bowl of water for indoor play. This versatility makes them a practical addition to your sensory toy collection.
What to Consider Before Buying
While these cubes are a hit with many kids, they are not a substitute for adult supervision during water play. As with any small toy, always ensure children are supervised to prevent accidental ingestion or choking.
The cubes require water to activate, so they won't light up outside of water. If you're looking for a toy that glows without water, this might not be the right fit.
Frequently Asked Questions
- What characters are included?
- The set includes cubes featuring Noodle & Pals characters from Super Simple, such as Noodle and his friends. The exact character lineup isn't specified, but the design is based on the popular Super Simple series.
- How do the cubes light up?
- The cubes contain lights that activate when they come into contact with water. Simply drop them into the bath or a sensory bin, and they'll glow instantly. No batteries are mentioned, so they likely use a water-activated mechanism—always follow the care instructions.
- Can I use them outside the bath?
- Yes, these cubes are designed for water play anywhere—bath tubs, pools, sensory bins, or even a water table. Just add water and watch them light up. Keep them away from dry surfaces to avoid accidental activation.
- Are they safe for toddlers?
- As with any small toy, adult supervision is recommended during play. The cubes are small, so ensure they are age-appropriate for your child and supervise to prevent mouthing. Always check for damage before each use and discard if broken.
- How do I clean and store them?
- After play, rinse the cubes with clean water and let them air dry completely before storing. Avoid using harsh chemicals or submerging them in hot water, as this could damage the lights. Store in a dry place to prolong their lifespan.
